Ada's Cupcakes was inspired by now 8-year-old Ada, and my desire to make cupcakes for her, without gluten or dairy. Along the way, we learned how to bake without many common ingredients, like eggs or soy, as well.
I want all kids with a food allergy or intolerance to not feel left out. They should be empowered by food, knowing that it can keep them healthy and well for a lifetime. Having safe treats available for parties and social events is our mission.
Our kitchen has been gluten free for over seven years.
