Ada's Cupcakes was inspired by Ada, and my desire to make cupcakes for her, without gluten or dairy. Along the way, we learned how to bake without many common ingredients, like eggs or soy, as well.
I want all kids with a food allergy or intolerance to not feel left out. They should be empowered by food, knowing that it can keep them healthy and well for a lifetime. And having safe treats available for parties and social events will help them to feel that way.
Our kitchen has been gluten free for over two years.
